Timothy Bryant

President and CEO

Tim has over 25 years of experience in the blood services industry. Before joining IT Synergistics in 2015, Tim served in various leadership roles with Indiana Blood Center. Tim has an Engineering degree from Purdue University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan.

Sandra De Long

Director of Product Management | BECS

Serving member blood centers for over 30 years, Sandy prides herself in providing exceptional customer service while supporting the company’s overall direction and strategy regarding its BECS product line. Having started her career as a programmer, Sandy uses that strong technical foundation to provide solutions – whether for resolving customer support issues or for addressing blood center needs identified through customer feedback. Working closely with the blood centers, Sandy hopes to continue improving upon the user experience through innovative software design.

Jennifer White

Director of Product Management | CRM

With over 20 years’ experience working with the bexWISE applications as a customer, Jennifer brings firsthand experience of operational needs to her current position at IT Synergistics. Through her previous work at ImpactLife, she has acquired in-depth knowledge of the blood industry, having served leadership, system, and project management roles in Donor Recruitment, Blood Operations, and Information Technology. Jenn is passionate about blood donation, donor engagement, and working with teams to develop solutions.

Kalman Grof-Tisza

Director of Quality Assurance

Working in regulated industries for over 25 years, Kalman began his career in Information Technology supporting the back-end operations for his local blood center. He has since branched out into his current Quality Assurance role, where he oversees the development, management, implementation, and sustainability of all quality management and compliance activities.

Justin Adams

Director of Software Development

Justin has spent a considerable portion of his software development career working with IT Synergistics’ suite of BECS applications. He holds a BS with a dual major in Computer Science and Computer Information Systems and an MBA with a concentration in Information Systems Management.

Troy Anderson

Director of Product Solutions

Troy Anderson joined IT Synergistics following 15 years of project management and application implementation experience in blood donor recruitment solutions, software analytics workflows, and consumer finance data investigations and remediations.  As a SAAS specialist with degrees in Computer Science and Management Information Systems, Troy strives to anticipate and address modern industry needs, the primary focus of any successful solution. Troy takes satisfaction in pushing IT Synergistics’ products to be intuitive, efficient, and highly functional.
