Founded in 2005, IT Synergistics unites blood bank industry experts with decades of collective experience to offer blood centers simple, efficient and reliable Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 510(k)-cleared, web-based software that manages all aspects of blood donation. With a commitment to improving blood bank processes, IT Synergistics works directly with member centers to ensure software needs are met.

Our Board of Directors
David Allen is the president and CEO of Mississippi Blood Services, a not-for-profit blood service that provides safe, donated blood for patients. He is a former chairman of Blood Centers of America (BCA) and the Foundation for America’s Blood Centers (FABC), and a former vice chairman of the Blood Center Exchange (BCx).
With more than 25 years of experience in the blood banking industry, Delisa English is the president and CEO of The Blood Connection, the largest independently-managed, non-profit community blood center in South Carolina. English has also held leadership roles with The American Red Cross Biomedical Services and served in the Alabama Air National Guard.
Chad Douglas is the president and CEO of LifeShare Blood Centers, non-profit community blood bank that regularly supplies blood components to more than 100 medical facilities and hospitals throughout Louisiana, East Texas and South Arkansas. Douglas has held leadership positions for more than 15 years in the blood banking industry. He has also served in the United States Air Force as a medical technician.
For more than 15 years, Dennis Todd has been the president and CEO of Community Blood Services, a not-for-profit organization that supplies blood and blood products to more than 30 hospitals in New Jersey and New York. He is also the task force chair for the American Association of Blood Banks (AABB) Disaster Task Force. Todd’s previous roles include director for research at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center, and co-founder and executive vice president of Gen-Care Biomedical Research Corp.
Mike Parejko is the CEO of ImpactLife (formerly Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center), a not-for-profit community blood center in Davenport, Iowa. Prior to that role, Parejko was the COO of Indiana Blood Center (IBC), an organization for which he had served in multiple positions since 2004. He began his career as a medical technologist at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
John Miller is the president and CEO of LIFELINE Blood Services, an independent, non-profit, community blood center in Tennessee. With nearly 25 years of experience in the blood banking industry, his expertise spans the entire blood banking process, including tenures in training, testing, quality control, component production and manipulation as well as inventory management. Miller most recently served as product placement manager for Blood Systems, Inc., and he has also worked with Carter Blood Care.
